Rates are based on double occupancy and exclude 11.7% state and local occupancy tax.
Weekends and holidays may require minimum stays.

The Beachside at Nantucket Guest Rules

Cancellation Policy/Change (Modification Fee)

**Any change/modification made to any reservation will incur $75 fee, no exceptions.

Your advance deposit guarantees the entire period reserved and will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled within 14 days of scheduled arrival. All reservations canceled prior to 14 days before scheduled arrival will be subject to a 10% per room refund processing fee.

Your reservation will be confirmed when you receive email confirmation.

Rates are for 1-2 adults per room. Each additional adult will be charged $50 per night. A maximum of 3 adults may occupy a room. Children 16 years of age or younger stay free when sharing a room with parents. Designated Pet-Friendly Rooms are available.

Check-In: 3:00 P.M.
Check-Out: 11:00 A.M. (Strictly adhered to). Luggage Storage is available for your convenience.
