• All accommodations have one queen bed or two double beds, private bath, air-conditioning, and are smoke-free.

A deposit equal to three nights lodging including taxes or 50% (if more than three nights) is required and must be received within 7 days of booking. The advance deposit guarantees the entire period reserved regardless of early departures. Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. The reservation is subject to cancellation if deposit is not received.

Advance deposits for reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival date are refundable, less a 10% administrative fee. Advance deposits for reservations cancelled or changed less than 14 days in advance of arrival will be forfeited.

Rates are for 2 adults per room. Each additional adult will be charged $25 per night. A maximum of 3 adults may occupy a room. Children 16 years of age or younger stay free when sharing a room with parents. Cots are available at an additional charge of $25 per night. Limited Pet Rooms and Smoking Rooms available.
