Can I Request For An Early Check-In Or Late Check-Out?

Early check-ins and late check-outs are based on availability and while we will do our best to accommodate it, they are not guaranteed.  If you would like to request an early check-in please contact our team at (833) 670-2164.  For late check-outs, please see one of our front desk team members. If you arrive before your room is ready, we will be happy to store your luggage so you can begin exploring town or enjoying our onsite amenities.

During the peak summer months, our Front Desk is available 24 hours a day. Throughout the off-peak seasons, we shift to a modified service schedule. For the most up-to-date hours during your stay, please check your pre-arrival messaging.

What is the hotel's history?

Beachside Hotel, originally built in 1966 on North Beach Street, underwent a major transformation in 2023. Reopening in 2024, the 91-room property was redesigned by Parts and Labor Design to evoke a 1960s/70s artistic, nostalgic vibe while retaining its classic white cedar shingle facade.

What Is The Hotel's Pet Policy?

Pets are welcome in our select pet-friendly rooms. The fee is $100 fee per night in the off-season and $150 per night from Memorial Day to Labor Day.  Limit of 1 pet per room and guests will be required to sign a waiver at check-in. Reservations for pets must be made in advance - please contact the hotel to let our team know your furry friend will be joining you.

Is Smoking Allowed In The Rooms, Or On Hotel Premises?

Our hotel is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted in guestrooms or on the hotel premises. Should there be evidence of smoking in your guest room, a $250 fee will be incurred.

Do I Need A Credit Card To Check In, And Does The Hotel Require A Hold To Guarantee Incidental Charges?

-A valid credit card will be required upon check-in.

-A pre-authorization hold of $200 for the duration of the stay is taken at the time of check-in to guarantee any incidental charges. Any unused portion of this hold will be voided and released upon check-out and may take up to 3-10 business days for funds to be restored (ie. will not appear as a refund), depending on your financial institution.

What Is The Hotel's Cancellation Policy?

We offer a clear, tiered approach to cancellations to provide certainty when planning your retreat.

Outside 30 Days: If you cancel your booking 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, your full deposit will be returned to you.

Within 30 Days: Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.

Reservations made within 30 days of arrival are considered non-refundable.
